A resort is havina a separate BAR and is serving liquor in the bar. It has restaurant also, but they don't serve liquor anywhere else except BAR.
It has central heating facility.
Is service tax applicable on it.

Yes, it is taxable. ST to be paid on both Bar & Restaurant.
