BUT ALSO UNDER SUB SEC 3 IN THE SAME SEC. FURTHER GROUNDS OF DISQUALIFICATIONS (IN ADDITION TO WHAT IS ALREADY PROVIDED IN THE SECTION)UNDER SEC. 274(1)(G) CAN BE ADDED ONLY BY A PVT.LTD. COMPANY.
