Applicability of sec 227(3), 274(1)(g) in audit report

Dear Sir,

I am preparing Audit report of a private limited company,

While presenting report on other legal and regulatory requirements, will the sections 227(3), 274(1)(g), to be presented as per 1956 act or sec 143(3), 164(1)(g)

21 July 2014 for fy 2013-14 it will be only as per co act 1956 the audit report should be prepared as clarified by icai and also the new co act is applicable from 1.4.2014 onwards.

21 July 2014 Agree with expert. Annual filing for the FY 2013-14 shall be in accordance with Companies Act 1956, as directed by MCA through its General Circular no. 08/2014.

Accordingly Audit report will also be in accordance with Sections of Companies Act 1956.
