21 January 2014 sir if you don't the otherwise clarify the issue in detail since my internal auditor is arguing that the invoices raised does not show vat or cst(non tax invoices) and hence not a sale there by insisting to make t.d.s.sorry for troubling you

21 January 2014 As such there is no such exemption. However, manufacturing or supplying a product according to the requirement or specification of a customer by using material purchased from a person, other than such customer, would be excluded from TDS.
