04 June 2012 IN BUDGET, REVERSE CHARGE MECHANISM FOR MANPOWER RECRUITMENT SERVICE WAS INTRODUCED. WHEN SHALL THIS BE APPLICABLE? WILL THERE BE ANY NOTIFICATION ISSUED REGARDING HOW TO APPLY THIS PROVISION? ARE THE RELEVANT CHANGES IN CENVAT CREDIT RULES ALREADY MADE REGARDING THIS?
