Friends Query is.
We are contractor.
When we issue invoice for our work done we issue 2 separate invoices for Labour work done and material supplied by us.
My query is whether we are covered under work contract and reverse charge is applicable on us. Or Simply we will cover under Construction service in respect of commercial or industrial building and civil structure.

As your issuing 2 seperate invoices., you will be not covering under works contract but., you wil be coming under labour contract., and liable to service tax
