Plz,tell me whether New company bill is applicable for Ca final Nov-2014 exam.Are all the provisions of Company Act 1956 changed?

Wait for the notification by the Institute. Only the Institute will decide from when the same will be applicable.

thanks sir.I want to know what are the major changes in New company bill?Sir, i have started my preparation and i covered almost half course from old company act.sir plz guide me what should i do now?

Do the old course for all. Complete the subject. Do not worry about the new bill at present. Also do not look for the amendments as you will get confused. First complete the course and go for the amendments only if notified by ICAI.
