New Companies Act, 2013 will not apply on Nov 2013 attempt.

But their may be possibility that it will be applicable for Nov, 2014 attempt.

09 September 2013 If you think as on date about the status of new Companies Act, 2013. It will going very fast MCA to framed rules so it is definitely possibility that you will read New Companies Act, 2013 in Nov, 2014.
