02 September 2013 My Query is Whether New Companies Act passed in August is Applicable for Nov.2014 Exam of CA-Final.

New Companies Act, 2013 will not apply on Nov 2013 attempt.

But their may be possibility that it will be applicable for Nov, 2014 attempt.

09 September 2013 One more Query if companies act 2013 become applicable for November 2014, then whether the whole syllabus of law will be change or only company law will change and mis. act will remain same..thanx in advance..!!

09 September 2013 If you think as on date about the status of new Companies Act, 2013. It will going very fast MCA to framed rules so it is definitely possibility that you will read New Companies Act, 2013 in Nov, 2014.
