Pvt. ltd. company who are entitaled tax concession under section 80IA of income tax act. whether the provision of section 115JB is also applicable ?
please clearify....
that is book profit as calculated as per company act are liable for tax under section 115JB while the company enjoyes tax benifits U/S 80IA.

Provisions of section 115JB will be applicable. deduction u/s 80IA is not to be deducted while computing book profit.
