Applicability of internal transfer pricing provisions

21 August 2013 Is there any minimum limit in Rs.....i.e. minimum amount of total transactions for applicability of International transfer prcing provisions on an entity? eg. in domestic transfer pricing its Rs. 5 crore.

Please reply. Its very urgent.

22 August 2013 But Sir, the limit of Rs. 5 Crore specified as per the given information in the link is for Domestic Transfer pricing Provisions.

But my issue is concerned with International Transfer Pricing Provisions in which an Indian Co. is paying its Associated Enterprise in USA, commission for services taken.
