Asst. Year 2008-09 for Income Tax purpose

05 December 2007 how that can be convinced to someone that it is applicable 4 the whole year. i mean what text can be quoted?

12th May 07 for Service Tax purpose
Asst. Year 2008-09 for Income Tax purpose

Please refer the direct tax reconer of AY 2008-09 and for service tax see the lok sabha bill passed in this regard
