Applicability of Form 3CA or 3CB

If the accounting year followed for the purpose of companies act is July to June and if the audit from 1st July 08 to 30th June 09 is completed before conducting tax audit for the financial year ended 31st march 09, then whether Form 3CA or Form 3CB would be applicable in case of tax audit
31 December 2009
Form 3CA is required since the assessee being a company.
