Sir, My friend is associated with a Co-operative Society. They are 67 member-shareholders working for mutual benefit. There are no employees. Whether ESI authorities can insist upon the Society for coverage under ESI Act.

If member is. Not derived any amount of remuneration below Threshold limit of Gross salary is less than RS.15000/- esi act will not applicable
