we are a mfg co. and frequently send our material for technical testing at CPRI or ERDA on excisable invoice. Please suggest whether cst will be applicable on this transaction or not.

At first impression , no cst would be applicable however please note that applicability of Form F may attract in the light of "Ambika Steel case" however concrete answer can be given only after analysing full facts of the transaction
