31 January 2015 Hello there, There were 45 new sections notified in Nov 2014 exams in law. I'm CA final student. I want to know is there any other new sections notified which will be applicable for May 2015 exams

31 January 2015 Yes more sections will be applicable. Sections of the Companies Act, 2013 notified till 30th September, 2014 would be applicable for May 2015 examinations. See below links for detail notifications:
