02 June 2014 r u service provider in recharge or service receiver?????????????? For u there is no any reverse charge mechanism for recharge.... pls tell me what is bothering you?

02 June 2014 so????that is what i am asking....what is bothering you? u r neither duty bound to pay service tax unless asked for by service provider nor covered under reverse charge mechanism..... why r u bothered...that i am not able to understand.....I am more interested in knowing your botheration....

MU DOUBT IS SERVICE PROVIDER (TELECOM COMPANY ) LIABLE TO CHARGE SERVICE TAX THOUGH NOT CHARGED

02 June 2014 that is what i answered in the first attempt itself. (U wrote service tax is applicable to ME......me in this case is telecom company........ u changed this me subsequently...from telecom company to you as individual.....and that is why u led yourself to confusion....) anyway is the point clear? Let me tell you the practical view....because of the cut throat competition, the telecom companies are selling the recharge card...inclusive of service tax.....they r paying from their own pocket. Your views pls....
