Hello sir,
i want to know wheteher service tax would be applied in following cases?
1.One client has started services in current year i.e.2013-14 and limit is not crossed.
2.what if limit gets crossed?
3. do we need to check PY i.e. 2012-13 for applicblility..

Up to the 10 lakhs no need to pay service tax.
