Please tell me which attempt will Ind AS come on ICAI site will be applicable? Is it applicable for Nov 2013 exams?

Till now ICAI not announced regarding the applicability of Ind As but it also given exemption of Ind As for May 2013 attempt but not make announcement regarding Nov 2013 till now.
