28 August 2010 IF THERE IS ANY MISMATCH IN REFUND WHICH I HAVE CLAIMED IN ITR AND ORDER U/s 143(1) THEN WHERE CAN I FILED THE 154 APPLICATION,WHETHER MY TERRITORY OR CPC,BANGALORE.
ALSO WANT TO KNOW IF IT MISMATCH WITH AS26 THEN CAN I FILE FORM-30 FOR BALANCE REFUND CLAIM AT ASSESSE AREA OR CPC,BANGALORE.

28 August 2010 CPC b'lore if return is e-filed otherwise before the jurisdictional ITO. Mismatch if any with 26 AS is to be sorted out with the help of deductor before applying for rectification. Then corrected 26AS may also be attached with the rectification application which is being send to b'lore. No need to attach either form 30 along with the said application or to the ITO.

28 August 2010 THANKS Mr. CHACKRAPANI BUT PROBLEM IS THAT THE TDS DEDUCTED BY PUBLIC IN SURANCE CO. AND DO NOT WANT TO REVISE THEIR TDS RETURN SO HOW CAN I CONVIENCE THEM FOR REVISION .
