04 April 2019 In the precedent of deed you have to mention about the members who formed the AOP, purpose of its formation and reason behind dissolution of the same. Also mention the manner in which its assets, if any, are to be dealt with. It should be get signed by the respective parties and to be forwarded to the appropriate authority.
