16 September 2015 whether Board report is mandatory attachment in form AOC-4?
And in form MGT-9 i.e. extract of annual return signature of PCS will be there(other than Small Comoany and OPC)

19 September 2015 Then where the Signature of PCS is required?
Because as per Section 92
Annual Return other than for OPC and Small Company it is to be signed by Director and Cs and where there is no CS then by PCS

Please Clarify me on this Point.

And one more thing whether Late filing will bwe there for form AOC-4?
