Ao., not transfering my ward

20 April 2013 I have send the letter of change in ward to old AO.with registered AD. But still he has not transferred my ward.

So what is the other way to transfer my ward to new AO

20 April 2013 You should send a registered AD to AO and Copy to Commissioner of Income Tax with reference of old letter.
