Ao., not transfering my ward

I have send the letter of change in ward to old AO.with registered AD. But still he has not transferred my ward.
So what is the other way to transfer my ward to new AO
So what is the other way to transfer my ward to new AO

You should send a registered AD to AO and Copy to Commissioner of Income Tax with reference of old letter.
