05 October 2018 Sir,

I sold goods worth Rs 1lack to a party , since one year since has been no payment has been made to me by Party.
I have also paid gst from my pocket , Since in such type of Cases any Rebate or relief from GST .
I have incurred loss as not get the Payment along with i have to paid GST from my own pocket.

05 October 2018 No rebate or relief'in such a case. No ITC can be claimed by your purchaser.

06 October 2018 Yes... I agreed to Mr CA SEETHARAMAN Sir... Also You can revise the Tax with Credit Note as per Your query... Otherwise You will wait for the Payment.

How do I come to know whether the party has claim ITC or not.

07 October 2018 We can't find He is taken ITC in Your bill or not. But, We can find he is file or not his return.

But,
In case You will prepare credit note and Show the details in Your GSTR 1 return then it's reflected his GSTR 2A...

If i will prepare credit note an shown in GSTR 1, actually sales has not been return originally number one, and number 2 if the party in mood to paid the partly payment anywhere in future, if he see credit not he will not pay single amount.
