any penalty for non submittion of copy of challan TR6

22 January 2011 Dear all expert

My query is that we paid duty through TR6 challan in the month of May'10,July'10and oct'10 . but due to some reason we did not submitted copy of challan with return to depatt. we submitted only Return .Is there any penalty for non submittion of copy of challan we already paid it in that month but not submitted copy of challn with return at that time.
