hii..i come to know that there is some changes in F.R. form nov 14.plz tell me its true or not and tell me the changes also.

For CA Final Nov 2014 attempt Schedule III is applicable since addition to 45 section Provisions of Chapter IX-Accounts of Companies of Companies Act 2013 has also been made applicable. See from ICAI notification from below link--
