Hello, Can anyone please tell me that how are we suppose to write answers for distinguish between pattern question in CS Executive Exams to fetch more marks?

Wherever possible if you can write the distinctions in points, it will help the examiner to know the level of your understanding and in turn he might award you good marks.

In Tabular for or simply points of distinction?

both ways are right. Tabular form may NOT be possible under examination condition for want of sufficient space in the answer sheet
