sir please help me.
our client having a vat(west Bengal) with rx infocom and he want to applying a new vat with another trade name sivam infocom both case proprietorship business and same address .is the possible ??

The number is person based. The same number to be used for ALL proprietirships of the person.

its means no is PAN base then you can contact with dept. and then situation.

If the client is not happy with NUMBER (Which some of the clients are...numerology) Then let him cancell the first one and get the fresh number for the new proprietory business)
