No amendments can be made in GSTR-9 it can b e made only in GSTR-1.

CAN I ADJUST TAX FREE SALE & PURCHASE IN GSTR 1 MARCH 2019 FOR THE F.Y. 2017-18

Yes you can rectify the tax free sales in GSTR-1 of March 2019 but tax free purchase can be adjusted only in GSTR-3B.
