Hello everyone,
My clients didnot file their annual returns such as form 20B, Form 23AC from 2004-05.
Is it possible to file the returns now with late fees.
Or any other penal proceeding , we have to be faced?

Pl check company's master data. If the status of the company is active, the company can file all the returns now with additional fee.
