03 December 2013 check your balance sheet and calculate this accordingly up to the date of AGM.

03 December 2013 our turnover exceeds 35 crore so i think the average turnover of our co. is near about 10 or above 10 crore.

But why CS shows the point in Annual Return The company did not have an average turnover of Rs. Ten Crores or more during the relevant period:

03 December 2013 you will only cross the word "not" as given in pint no. (g).

So the meaning of that clause will be your company have turnover in excess of ten crores.
