i want to know that shold we have to attached annual return with 20B form in ROC

Annual return prepared in schedule V part 11 should be attached with e-form 20B.

Agree.
One more thing if you have a big number of shareholders you have to attach separate annexure for list of share holders.
Same point is applicable for list of directors and and list of transfers during the year.
