will the above share transferred details be shown in its Annual Return (Schedule -V)

If the above transfer is approved by Board on 26.09.2012 then it should be given in Form-20B.

Transfer will not be considered as transfer unless it is approved by Board or any committee thereof.

The details of transfer and shareholding as on date of EGM will be given in Form-20B.
