Please tell me the procedure for filing or AR. Whether it is necesary to get the Schedule V of AR's hard copy signed by the concerned person and then scan it in the PDF format or should i convert the soft copy in PDF format written as SD/-

Hi
If you are filing e-Form 20B with ROC you have option to attache Annual Return as per Schedule V of the Companies Act, 1956.
It can be attached with requisite sign or you can also file attachment with Sd/- signature.
