A private limited company which has not issued share certificates to its 2 director cum shareholders. Now my query is how to file the annual return of company,as in annual return one has to give folio no. of shareholders. Kindly provide your valuable suggestion. Thanks in advance.
I will suggest you to issue share certificate and give folio number as the details given in subscriber sheet of MOA of the Company and Issue share Certificate accordingly.
