My company has four directors, of which i have DIN of 2 directors only.
so while filling form 20B & 23AC if i give detials of 2 directors only who has DIN is enough or i have to first apply for DIN of those Directors who dont have DIN and then i have to upload Annual Return.
As new form 20B and 23AC required Director DIN

As new form require the DIN no. of all three directors you should apply first for DIN for remaining 2 directors than u should file return.

Without approved DIN of all the directors uploading of 20B and 23AC is not possible.

For Form 20B u will require DIN of all directors.....i.e. DIN -3 should b filed n be approved, then only the data regarding the director in the form will get pre-filled....
As far as Form 23AC & ACA are concerned, if the directors who have signed the B/S and Director's Report, have DIN , then u can proceed with filing of these forms because in both this form u need to enter details of only those directors who have signed the B/S and Director's Report.

If the company is incorporate after 1st July 2007, then in that case we dont required to file DIN 3, if director is Promoter Director.
So for Annual Filling whether we have to file DIN 3.

the intention of the ministry behind form DIN3 is to get the data regarding directors of the cos. in its electronic repository..........it has put this requirement to shift the work of ROCs to the cos.......
but for the cos. incorporated after 1st July,2007, as the data is already being collected through e-forms.
so, DIN 3 is not required to be filed for cos incorpoarted after 1st July,2007
