Dear Sir,
Please clarify whether Definition of Annual Receipts u/s10,cl(23C),sub cl.(iiiad), includes only tution fees or it includes all fees i.e.admission fees , development fees , tution fees & other misc. received by an educational institution.

Af total annula receipt is above 1 crore. ( annual receipts includes all the receipt what ever the name ).
