24 November 2014 I have a company Pvt Ltd. incorporated on 01/07/2012. when should i hold the first AGM. and is it necessary to hold AGM for 2012-2013 and for 2013-2014.when should i file 23AC form 2013-2014 to reduce penalities please explain the dates for holding Annual general meeting and filing roc forms

24 November 2014 Due date First AGM- 31/12/2013- (Under the Companies Act, 1956)

AGM Should be held for the FY 2013-14 on or before 30th september 2014

Form 23AC should be filed with 30 days of AGM. i.e latest by 30th October 2014
