i want to knw after agm within how many days annual filing should be done??????

is there any sequence for filing annual return forms that is form 23ac,23aca, 20b& 66 pls tell me in brief???????

01 October 2011 1. e-form 20B should be filed with in 60 days of AGM. e- form 23AC and e-form 23ACA should be filed with in 30 days of AGM.
2. e-form 20B, e-form 66, e-form 23AC and e-form 23ACA shall be filed in seriatim.
