Sir,
Can anyone please advice me in following:
Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended 31-03-2009 was signed for the period 13-03-2008 to 31-03-2009.
For annual filing, what period is to be considered?
Whether a seperate filing for year ended 31/03/2008 is required or it can be filed for the said period (i.e. 13-03-2008 to 31-03-2009)
plz note that date of incorporation is 13-03-2008.

For the purpose of filing balance sheet to ROC, the period of 13.03.2008 to 31.03.2009 would be considered because you have prepared accounts for that period only

No separate filing is required for the period upto 31/03/2008. You can close the accounts on 31/03/2009 for the period 13/03/2008 to 31/03/2009. First AGM of the Company should have been held on or before 12-09-2009.

Agreed with Expert Jayashree...First AGM of the Company to be held on or before 12.09.2009i.e. within 18 months from the date of incorporation which is 13.03.2008.
