Hello all,
My ques is- Can a Company file annual filing forms such as AOC-4 and MGT-7 for FY 2014-15 if it has not done previous year annual filing i.e. for 2013-14? or it has to first file for 2013-14 and then 2014-15?

Cannot do Annual filings for Year 2014-15 with out concluding annual filings for 2013-14
