if i have to pay penalty if i file annual return on 30/9/2013 for FY-2011-12 if AGM was held on 30/9/2013...??????
plz helppp

if it is 30.09.2013 you have time for 60 days from date of AGM
..
.
so you can file with out additional fee till 29.11.2013
.
.
however if your date of AGM is 30.09.2012 for f.y.2011-12
.
.
you supposed to pay additional fee of 9 times of original fee

AGM was held on 30/9/2013 for FY 2012-13...
so can we file form 23AC & ACA on 30/10/2013 without late fees??????

if your date of AGM is 30.09.2013 for f.y.2012-13 you have to file FORM20B with roc with in 60 days from date of AGM

1. Form-23AC (Balance Sheet with Director and Auditor Report) will be filed within 30 days from the date of AGM.
2. Form-23ACA (Profit & Loss A/c) will be filed within 30 days from the date of AGM;
3. Form-66 (Compliance Certificate) will be filed within 30 days from the date of AGM,
4. Form-20B (Annual Return) will be filed within 60 days from the date of AGM
