Announcement regarding working hours of Article clerk

04 April 2008 According to announcement an Artcle clerk shall shall be entitled to compensatory leave calculated with reference to number of completed working hours, over and above, 35 hours per week.Is that mean that an article will get that much extra leave over & above 138 days?

04 April 2008 yes u can definitely can get extra leaves over and above 137 days if u can get ur extra time worked more than 35 hrs a week sanctioned from ur principal.The compesnatories that u get sanctioned from ur employer can be compensated against ur leave taken thus providing u wid extra leave.
