Rohit first clear which state's sales tax return you are talking. Every state has its different rules regarding returns.

Rohit, if you are about Delhi VAT than I would like to clear you that Annexure 2A (Party wise Purchase of month-wise ) and Annexure 2B (Party wise Sale of month-wise) required to submit along with DVAT return.
