Can we submit Dvat 30 and 31 in place of annexure 2a and 2b

No you have to submit Annexure 2A & 2B where you have to submit the details vendorwise monthwise whereas the DVAT 30 & 31 are the register of purchases & register of sales. In other words Annexure 2A and 2B are summary of DVAT 30 & 31
