Dear all
we are having the both the facilities from the central excise department
BOND AS WELL AS UT-1
I want to know that have we to submitt seperate annexure 19 for the proof of export or should merge the both details in the same annexure
pls advice

If you export your own manufacturing product, then you submit Letter of Undertaking (LUT) in prescribed form UT-1 as given in Annexure-II of Notfn. No. 42/2001-CE(NT). The manufacturer exporter need not execute a bond. The LUT once given is valid for 12 calender months. You submit proof of export following same procedure.
