it was applicable on LLP only till A.Y 2012-13.
but for A.Y 2013-14 and onward it applicable to all:-
1. LLp
2. Any other firm
3. Individual, HUF, AOP, BOI, Artificial Juridical Person.(if income exceed 20 Lacs)
4. Any other person (not being a company)
