As per Form 16A, Gross receipts includes the value of Service Tax. what will be the taxable Income? Is it the Gross receipts as per Form 16A or Gross receipts excluding Service Tax?

Gross amount appearing in form 16A is not relevant in taxable income. taxable income totally based calculation according to your accounts and also it is very clear in TDS provision that TDS need ot deduct on gross amount inclusive of service tax. so amount shown in the form 16a cannot be a taxable income for deductee
