Please tell me the amount received at the time of retirement by ( Maharashtra State Electricity Employee) Gratuty Rs.25,03,580/- Leave Encashment Rs.9,46,000/- is taxable or not.

also, check the applicability of increased limit of Rs 20 lakhs from gratuity.
for leave encashment, check whether the person is covered as a government employee or not. If he/she is, then whole of leave encasement is exempt

Sir Please tell me the MSEDCL Employee is government Employee or Not & Same time government Employeee Gratuty Received at the time of Retirement is Exempt or taxable...
