Ammendment in the service tax data for the quarter 1,2012

30 August 2013 Sir,
I wanted to revise the return for the Quarter April to June 2012, due to some wrong filling of data.
Can i revise the return for the second Quarter now?

30 August 2013 Yes you can submit the revised return if your uploaded return not crossed 90 days.As that is the time one can submit revise return.

30 August 2013 But sir 90 days have expired.
So now what can i do?

30 August 2013 You can not revise the return now since 90 days have expired. Only way is to intimate the department through a letter and keep the acknowledged copy of that letter in your record.
