you need to ammend your service tax registration certificate.

31 December 2013 you need to register yourself under RCM as service receiver and you need add each service therein separately - like vehicle hiring charges, advocate services, manpower services etc

31 December 2013 find the appropriate head friend. refer to RCM and list of taxable services. For eg advocate services will get covered under legal consultancy. Unfortunately, ST-1 is not sufficiently structured to reflect the RCM mechanism.
